Returns made clear

Basta Wheels accepts returns within 45 days of delivery for wheels purchased directly from Basta Wheels.

Return requirements

Wheels must be unused, unmounted, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all included parts and documents.

Contact sales@bastawheels.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds and return costs

A 25% restocking fee applies to eligible returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returned wheels will be inspected to confirm that they meet the return requirements before a refund is issued.

Wrong or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact sales@bastawheels.com with your order number and photos so we can review the issue and provide instructions.
